Compensation Management

This course studies compensation systems in organizations. It provides a framework for identifying compensation requirements and then designing compensations systems that meet the goals and needs of the organization. Topics include compensation strategy, components of effective compensation systems, technical processes involved in compensation, pay systems (individual and group), and evaluation of pay systems.
